It's been some years since I have visited this subway the service as I remember is still excellent and the workers there was
So, I placed an order. Arrived at the store about 30 minutes later, with the email confirmation. They did not have my order. I couldn't wait as there was a line at the store. I sent in two tickets just so I could get my refund. No response. I sent a message through Facebook. They said they would get back to me. A week later and no response. Now this happened nearly six weeks ago. Why is it so hard to get my thirteen dollars refunded?
