Dunkin' - Scotch Plains

I don’t make review at all but this Dunkin definitely needed one… I come here often when I have time and I never have issues but today was different l, I feel for the young ladies that have to work with such a rude person I believe his name is mark or mar If I got it right, but today it was busy I went up gave my order and waited for the coffee mark came and gave me the coffee I joke an with him and said it’s busy today and his reply was “yeah because I’m working with these d A B” saying it under breath is one thing but I wanted to talk to a manger, it was very busy like I said I had to go to workyou guys need to fire him asap this is mind blowing.

Good location and efficient. All of the taps seem to be maintained very well. Cold brew and nitro taps are always good. One of the better locations in the area.

Apparently frozen coffee is very hard to come by these days... I had to drive to unfamiliar locations just to find a Dunkin that still serve it! But the main problem is that it doesn't show up on the app anymore! Of course, cuz it's my favorite drink! Lol Hopefully Dunkin HQ or the app developers see the flaw and are able to fix it cuz I've been going through hell lately to find a place that serves these... And of course, high gas prices... The struggle is real! ?

To begin with, if one more person yells at Eyad, I will reconsider my service along with that of my friends and family. Additionally, I believe Karlee needs to be let go. As a regular customer, I have observed that she is rude and has a negative attitude, which makes my breakfast visits before school very unpleasant. I have been a loyal customer since mid-2021 and have seen many employees come and go, but Karlee is by far the worst. I've witnessed her take out her phone while she should have been preparing drinks. Today, I was appalled to overhear her yelling at the new employee, Eyad, despite the fact that she is neither a manager nor the owner. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I've seen her display unkind and unprofessional behavior towards new employees and those with mental challenges on multiple occasions. It's extremely disheartening and has upset both me and my colleagues. Overall, this location is clean and well-kept, but the attitude and atmosphere need significant improvement.
