Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Scott

I don’t know why I keep coming back to that location in Scott. Every time you ask for spicy they give you mild and they don’t ask if you want mild. I recently ordered a 2 can dine and I told the cashier what kind of chicken I wanted he told me I couldn’t choose what pieces I wanted because it was a coupon. What if I didn’t like what pieces I was getting. I have never had that happen to me before. Just rude. They always seem to disappoint me.

What's the point of making an online order when the restaurant is just gonna give you what they want. We ordered spicy tenders and low and behold we get mild. If you go to this location please check your food. The one time we don't check it and we paid the price.

Although the drive thru mic wasn't loud enough. The people were really helpful and nice. Chicken was actually juicy. Great job y'all

My experience here has been the best ,than the other locations , the asst manager even called me to let me know everything would be fresh, they came out to hand my online order , plenty condiments for my order size , very polite , best experience in scott,

The Mac@cheese looks like it's 10 days old and we just got it no more than an hour. I really wish I could post a picture this is the worse I have ever seen. I will be contacting health department.
