Feedback gevenOrdered pizza thru app, got cancelled because they were “closed” (they weren’t) so we placed an order over the phone and was told it would be 30 min- it just never showed up
Under new management; Jennifer and her crew are great! I was greeted and seated promptly, the buffet was stocked, and the service was great!
This is the 2nd time this has happened with a bad experience at Pizza Hut in a one month period! This was my last time darkening their doors. Todays incident was this—— We arrived at 11:27. The doors were locked, although the sign says open at 10:30AM. We knocked an finally 2 women walked toward us both on their phone. One looked at us and left, the second unlocked the door and let us in. We stated 6 please as we headed for the party room and she told us the party room is closed because it was a mess! Of course her phone is still in her hand. Seriously a mess when they hadn’t even opened yet. We were the first customers in the door. There ended us to only being 5 of us one a handicapped lady who can not get on the tall stools. We had to settle for a booth and a chair. The salad bar was completely covered and no pizza on the buffet. Finally 2 pizza’s brought out. Both 1/2 of something we weren’t sure what they were, but thought they had chicken on them and maybe 1/2 a taco pizza. Never had sauce for the bread stix which is what I like best.
The service here is awful. When dining it you are never checked on again after being seated. The buffet food is very hit or miss. This waitress was yelling at the kitchen staff over lids on the salad bar.
Now charging more than what the app says. Ordered a dinner box (14.99) and was charged 17.99. Was told their prices have increased. When you call you are forwarded to a call center and have to wait to even get in contact with the store.
