Mcdonald's - Scottsburg

This McDonald's has become a joke. If it was for the play place, for my kids, I probably wouldn't come back to it. They are constantly messing up orders, the frappe machine is almost always down, and to top it off suddenly they aren't taking master cards... Hmmm sounds more like this McDonald's doesnt want to do their jobs. The management of this location obviously doesn't care how they are making their store look.

Missing a bagel meal when it costs 8+ dollars. Oatmeal is watery and looks like it shouldn 't be edible. The hash brown was STUCK to the paper and made it fall apart and left pieces on the paper.One of the most frustrating things on top of all this, is when I tried to call the number on Google, it says it 's no longer a working number! When I called the number on the receipt, I clicked on option 2, and it immediately said that McDonald 's was not available! How frustrating. I left a report on the contact us on the app, and am now waiting to hear back. The process just adds frustration! Now I 'm out 27 dollars, and have no food for myself, thank goodness my family got their stuff.
