There was such a small portion on my plate I did not get full. Throw some Risottoin there or something. I think it’s safer to go for a pasta dish of some sort. Wasn’t worth the money to be hungry aftera meal. One of the only “Italian”restaurants that don’t provide bread for the table either.
Best food at the Hyatt Resort by a mile. A very creditable negroni also. Have eaten here twice in 2 years (at a business conference) and left impressed both times food and service are both top notch.
We came here for dinner on Saturday and had such an exceptional experience! We ended up sitting outside on the patio because the weather was so beautiful. We started with the Burrata appetizer and it was so fresh and creamy, it was so hard to even put itdown! My husband got the Butchers Cut which was an incredibly tender, perfectly marbled ribeye. I had the Linguini withscallops, clams and truffle butter and it was SO good. The pasta is homemade in house every day and you can really tell in thequality of the flavor. It is the perfect date night spot when your craving a fancy Italian cuisine, plus after dinner you caneven catch a gondola ride just a short walk from the restaurant. They also have a great kids menu, if you have the little oneswith you! Also, our server was extra friendly and the entire staff was so super helpful and nice.
The best part of the evening was the free pass to ride the gondola after the meal. There was nothing wrong with our service or dinner, but nothing knocked our socks off. Pricey wine and entrees which was to be expected at a resort I suppose, but thecuisine was uninspiring and the decor did nothing to evoke memories of Italy. If I'm craving Italian I certainly would find amore authentic location.

I think it's safer to go for a pasta court. the money was not worth to be hungry after a meal. one of the only Italian restaurants that do not offer a bread for the table.
