Feedback gevenAnother horrible experience. Barely got anything in my bowl. My wife and I got a half empty bowl with a few pieces of the toppings we requested. Just awful.
I must have gone in on their best day after I read all the reviews. The staff was super nice and friendly. The girl that made our bowl was more than generous with the protein. Some chipotle chefs at other locations would scope a spoon of protein, shake some of the meat off and then put it into the bowl. If I would ask if I can get more meat, they will say, it's extra. This girl got it right from her chipotle training. It's a heaping spoon. Not a spoon and shake the meat off. The place was clean.
In line and they are making the online orders and the manager is saying that they did not have enough food made for everyone in the restaurant, um how in that it?s a holiday weekend no one is cooking. There is 7 people working
Every time my boyfriend and I order from this location online for pickup, we get home to open our bowls and find that they are about 50% more empty than other locations, furthermore with about 3-5 pieces of either chicken or steak on each of ours. They also commonly forget extras that we add to orders that cost a rather good chunk such as queso/chips/guac. Honestly not going to order from the location anymore since this has happened repeatedly- kind of ridiculous considering it?s the same cost.
This store consistently fails make to-go orders correctly (missing rice, chicken, cheese, cup for a drink etc.. and when I brought it to the their attention they first dismissed me, then the manager made several excuses never once apologizing. I know mistakes happen, but a business should at least want to know where the gaps are, so they can make improvements? this management obviously is not concerned with that.
