Church's Chicken - Scottsdale

I had a bad experience at this restaurant on Sunday. The coleslaw was 6 days old and I was grateful I didn't order the fries. They didn't give me any forks or napkins, making it difficult to eat. I ordered a 5-piece order of chicken, but only received 4 pieces that were inedible. They also didn't have the BBQ flavor that was advertised. Overall, I would not recommend eating here. I can cook better fried chicken at home.

Stood at the counter for 5 straight minutes waiting to order. The employee manning it saw me twice as he was putting down food, didn 't say so much as I 'll be with you in a few minutes. Left without having a word said to me.

Fast hot fresh delicious..got 5 piece and mash potatoes for $6. Winning at life. Mmmmmm! Super tasty!!!

I was in the hospital and tired of the food, so I decided to order lunch for myself and my daughter who was visiting me. Unfortunately, the food we received was not worth the cost. The mashed potatoes were decent, but the mac and cheese was so unappetizing that we only ate one noodle each before throwing the rest away. The chicken was dry, burnt, and overall unpleasant to eat. Even the biscuits were not enjoyable. I would not recommend returning to this restaurant for any reason. Despite my attempts to contact the location, I have not been able to speak to a person as my calls go unanswered. Save your money, Scottsdale, and eat somewhere else! I wish Google offered negative star reviews because this restaurant would deserve them all.
