Creamistry - Scottsdale

The ice cream is truly delicious and creamy. However, it's disappointing that the location was extremely unclean. The counters, floors, and tables were all dirty. I'm worried about what the back area looks like, where they do the prep work and wash the mixing bowls.

The ice cream here is prepared in a distinctive way that results in a wonderfully creamy texture. Watching the process is entertaining, especially when the “fog” billows out. Despite the unique preparation, you don’t have to wait long to get your ice cream. However, I find it a bit pricey for what you receive. Additionally, this location can be somewhat unkempt at times. Since it’s the only ice cream shop in the area and the quality is good, we always find ourselves coming back.

This is a great place. It's fun to watch and it tastes great! The staff was fantastic. I loved the whole experience. Darryl was very informative and entertaining! Love the new mango creation. It's SPICY, in a good way!

Seriously the BEST ice cream I?ve ever had in my life. My fiancé is VERY particular about his food, especially his ice cream, and even he rated it a 10/10!!! I got the fruity pebble one absolutely phenomenal and the pebbles stayed crunchy! My fiancé got the chocolate explosion one and it was just incredible. Great service too!

In my view, the prices are overly high for what you receive. A 5oz cup costs $8, although it is indeed delicious. The technique they use results in ice cream that is incredibly creamy and rich. The staff member at the counter was friendly and engaging. However, due to production problems, they were out of some ingredients like almonds and bananas. Additionally, the tables and chairs could have used some cleaning; the inside had ice cream crumbs, and the outside had bird droppings.
