The charming girl in the kitchen this morning prepared the food quickly and was very friendly. The man at the register had a warm and inviting demeanor.

I finally returned to Einstein Bagel after taking a break from their bagels following the ownership change. I must say, it was definitely worth it! Kaitlyn served me, and I’m pleased to recommend this place. They bake delicious bagels and make fantastic sandwiches!

For the first time I was with this special Einstein, very satisfied with the wonderful service of the two women who work this morning. I ordered a free coffee thru the app with my purchase and asked if I could add sweeteners and they were both so friendly to give me this time free as I did not know about the fee. I'm sure I'm back, and I'll be ready for the next time. Great customer service a d of coffee was amazing

Wow! I and my friend were impressed by your cashier named Mindy last Sunday. She made us welcome and important! She was conscious and super friendly and what a big smile and sparkling personality. Thank you for having them on board. We will pass many other places to this place when we receive this kind of service with a real smile: And the bagels and coffee were also top notch!

Although last year I had an encounter with a manager that was far from pleasant, everyone deserves a second chance. He has been very nice as well as all the other staff. They have been on point for the past year. I’m happy to come back every time.
