We had an amazing time, as always. Food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. Service was a bit slower to our liking, but we managed through.

We had an excellent dinner with exceptional service at this restaurant! Thank you, Teresa! One of the highlights for me was being able to actually hear my companions, which is always a plus. The food was fantastic, and we enjoyed a lovely evening with dear friends.

Francine remains the most authentic and most excellent French restaurant in the valley. Impressively, though they have earned a stellar reputation, Laurent continues to place efforts into addressing and perfecting every detail. BRAVO, Francine!

This restaurant experience was extremely disappointing and one of the worst I have had. It was my birthday and they acknowledged it, but the service was terrible, almost non-existent. We had to ask to speak to a manager twice because our food was not up to standard - eggs Benedict with hard boiled eggs and a burger that was as tough as beef jerky. A woman came out, apologized, and took our plates, but we waited another 15-20 minutes with no update. When we asked to speak to a manager again, a man in a suit appeared. When we inquired about our food, he casually asked if we wanted it remade, which was unacceptable after almost 2 hours of waiting. He did say our bill was taken care of, so we decided to leave. It was 3pm and we still had not received our food. Thanks, Francine's, for a memorable birthday brunch.
