Houston's Scottsdale

As usual, Houstons is directly on the brand for food quality and service. Had lunch there for two days and everything was great.

We had a great dinner. The hosts, servers and bartenders that served us gave exceptional service and are a fortune for your restaurant. We stayed there on 07/08/2016 in the evening.

My wife and I live in the East Valley. We're part of a high-end country club. Dress code and everyone. Meals are good. But if we want a real evening. Where we can wear shorts and a golf shirt, we drive to Houstons. No bad meal. Eating here 5 to 6 times a year since 2001. Trained servers like we have never seen

Expensive..used to be more reasonable..and portions are not generous... Have to ask for catsup and when brought skimpy too! I do like the food..but the ahi salad which is yummy is $25 and small...and i think the prime rib sandwich has shrunk in size too.. So disappointing...

I HAD MADE 5:45 RESERVATIONS. WAS DISAPPOINTED IN NOT GET SEATED UNTIL 6:05. I MADE THOSE RESERVATIONS BASED ON NEEDING TO MAKE IT TO A SHOW, SO FELT A BIT RUSHED TO EAT OUR DINNER IN ORDER TO LEAVE IN TIME. SERVER, AMY, WAS EXCELLENT. VERY FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING AND EFFICIENT. I ALWAYS ORDER THE VEGGIE BURGER AT HILLSTONE AND CONFIRM THAT IT IS THE BEST VEGGIE BURGER IN TOWN. DID NOT FIND THE VEGGIE BURGER AT HOUSTON'S TO HOLD THAT SAME TITLE. IT WAS EXTREMELY SPICEY IN COMPARISON TO HILLSTONE'S AND THE KALE SALAD WAS NOT AS DELICIOUS AS HILLSTONE EITHER. BRUSSEL SPROUT APPETIZER WAS OUTSTANDING.
