Kfc - Scottsdale

I asked for the 12-piece meal with all dark meat. I 've been getting all dark meat for years at this location. The clerk played around with the register mumbling to himself, then said, I can give you 3 wings, 3 breasts, 3 thighs, and 3 legs. Is that OK? I said, You can 't do all dark meat anymore? He looked at me dumbfounded for a few moments, not answering. Then I said, You know what? NO! It is Not OK! I turned around and walked out. Un-freaking-believable!

You should educate your workers on how to add on food. If I want to add tenders besides 3 or 8 I should be able to. If I only want 2 extra I should be able to. Every other KFC in the world can but this one.

The customer service here is absolutely 0. When the cash gave me my change, I had my hand out and she sat it rudely in the counter. then another customer came in because his sandwich was soggy, and instead of replacing the damn sandwich, she just went on to him how long they cook that huh. the right thing to do would be to place the change in my hand and replace the other customer food.

I am shocked with all the bad reviews, you have actually done zero to correct the problems. I'll wait for over 20 minutes. the lady on the road was so slow, it was ludicrous. she took a person. she wouldn't take the next car order until the last car was gone. that was cold. fries were dried and cold. and then. I pulled up and there was an MFing Tip Snapper out. who manages this location? what a sweat. I never go there again. and

Again and again a fried meal is healthy. the meat was freshly cooked, the original recipe tasty. the koleslaw was sweet and tasty, the keks was warm, should have asked a piece of butter when they offered it. probably it didn't take after the fried chicken. that was a delicious meal, not too expensive. the staff was young, friendly and friendly. many thanks kfc please keep light on exceptional fried chicken dinners... best fried chicken in a very, very long time!
