Koibito Poke Waterfront - Scottsdale

I visited Koibito Poke for the first time today. I had a wonderful experience. I didn 't catch his name, but he served me on August 5th, 5:12 PM, Order Employee: GW . He was great! I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, helpful, and engaging he was. Made a very positive first impression and I will definitely be a repeat customer the next time I visit Scottsdale. Great poke bar with really friendly staff. We went on a Friday evening and it wasn’t too busy. They have lots of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. We sat outside which allowed fun people-watching. The employee who made our food was very nice and helpful with recommendations. He seemed proud of his work and asked about our meal after we finished. They have a small bar with some beers on tap as well. The poke was very fresh and flavorful.

From out of town came to a show last night decided need fuel before head back to Sedona this is place is the best hands down now to me down in the valley they girl Mary was sooooooooooo sweet and helpful and not to mention a incredible ability to move like a ocotopus without breaking a sweat or a stress grin she was crushing that line by herself wow I’m blown away I will be back now ! I’ve tried all the poke now in the valley hands down this is the best now thanks y’all !!!!! One very very happy gym rat customer see you soon !!!!!!!!
