Mcdonald's - Scottsdale

Got charged for someone else’s meal it was $11.21.I told the girl working at the first window that wasn’t my order then she proceeded to charge me for my meal I ordered in the first place $11.61. She got her Manager but manager just stood there and was no help, no one communicated well. Basically payed for two meals but received one lol.

Imagine having a McDonald's experience so bad that you feel compelled to write a 1 star review even though you already expect mcds to suck?

This location is pretty great. It's very clean inside, including the bathroom. Food is good and the staff is friendly. What more could you want from a McDonald's?

There was only 2 people working here today at 8:30 pm. Manager should close the restaurant when they can't cover. We're stuck at the drive thru and can't get out line. Waiting 20 minutes.

This was my worst experience yet. They are slower than Eve, made my coffee drink incorrectly, overcharged me on my order and gave us spoiled milk with the happy meal. BAD!
