Panda Express - Scottsdale

This is the first restaurant where I was charged the full price of $2.40 for a medium drink, even though I was just asking for water and offered to pay for the cup. Generally, I only pay around 25 to 50 cents to cover the cost of the cup.

Always efficient and attentive every day, with excellent food.

Jean and Jannet make an amazing team! Whenever I visit, Jannet creates such a great atmosphere that it makes me excited to order. As someone who doesn't eat meat, I really enjoy the brown rice, vegetables, and spring rolls—they're absolutely fantastic!

I was in this restaurant today and honestly I regret it. The last time I got a disappointment was much better, but today I was accused by one of the younger female employees. I asked a simple question, and she was very rude in her answer, and none of the other employees intervened to correct the situation. The food was today sub par, hard meat, lukewarm, soggy and bland. And they were open for an hour. I'm not going back to this place. If I want a stance with my food, I go to a sniffy French restaurant - not a mall franchise Chinese restaurant (most Chinese would not call this kitchen! . Advice to the franchise owners, you don't need rude staff to turn off your customers, plus make sure that your food is at least hot! It can taste better.

If you are looking for cheap, quick, and filling lunch then this is your place. The food is wonderful. I like their orange chicken and their walnut shrimp as well as their chow mein. The quantity of food you get is also fantastic as there is always more left over for lunch the next day. I give Panda a four star because it is far from healthy and each meal is a couple days worth of calories but for the price it is a good value of food and taste. For a fast yummy easy lunch I really enjoy getting some Panda.
