Pars Persian Cuisine - Scottsdale

We ordered our food through their website on their Yelp page. They left the food behind our door and left. My wife decided to leave the house and go to the post as it took too long to bring the food to us that she saw that the food was left behind our door without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. The food was very cold and soggy. When I called this place, they took no responsibility for the bad service and they said I had to call grubhub. I told them I didn't even have a Grubhub app. I have ordered through your website so that if you use any third party to increase your sale, you need to make sure that they do it right; but the guy over the phone repeatedly repeat and take no responsibility or accept the feedback. He didn't care when I told him we shouldn't buy you anymore. This business does not look like a service and customer-oriented business.

Total good experience. My wife is Iranian and was not particularly impressed, but everything was very decent and hit the square. The chicken was moist, the cubide was somewhat underscored, and the rice was good. The salmon was something to fish for our pleasure. The mast o musir was very tasty and the pita was fluffy and chewing and tasty, although not typical of Persian cuisine. We would come back if we were looking for Iranian food in the area. We also didn't try one of the stews so we wouldn't talk to them and then try. We have also taken out, but I have included photos of the restaurant itself because it has exterior seats down there!

The place was not busy for lunch on Saturday. That should have been a sign for us!! Worst Kababab Barg we've ever had. Probably because meat was old. I told the owner who was also the waiter that it really tastes bad. The poor guy quickly added 18% tip to our bill (I and my son) think as the food was bad, we could not give him tip!!! Althogh is not allowed to add 2 tips to the party, I didn't say anything and just paid him because he was obviously so desperate to make money. And what can you say this kind of person??

Overpriced for what you get and taste is average to under average depending on the dish! I wish it would be better because I would like to support local restaurants. Unfortunately, they are just not producing the best quality Persian food they should be as they are Persian! Another problem is how other reviewers released, they charge extra for beverage refills as well as every little thing. And the rice is very abundant? too much. Tabouli tasted strongly of onion and nothing else. Had a ton of chopped green onion and otherwise tasteless. Meat was okay, some pretty salty. Moosier and Mouse Khiar were tasty like hummus. Service was good. The place is small, but houses a good number of people and it is quite quiet. There is a small bar and outside the terrace; a large wine list, and yummy Persian ice cream. It could be best to try it for lunch? Perhaps you would get a taste for less and decide yourself.

This place is a hidden local gem. First time trying Persian food and was blown away. Service was incredible, view was nice, food was amazing. Main dishes were SO good, we forgot to snap photos. Would highly recommend and will be returning!!
