Proof Canteen - Scottsdale

Not quite up to usual Four Seasons standards. Pork belly was covered in sticky sweet sauce, wings were good, burger was good, beer flights were lame, chicken was undercooked. Server was very good but screaming loud fan above our head ruined the desert sunset ambiance. Manager said he would comp the chicken but when the bill came no such luck, had to let the server know what the manager said. Then they comped it. As I said, not what I would expect from Four Seasons. Sigh....

Nice brunch menu. The food was good, as was the service.

Interesting menu with lower end 4 Seasons prices. Mexican, real bbq burgers and steaks. Eclectic, casual decor. Service was very casual. Table shuffleboard can get loud. Apps and mains were good. Sides (Brussels and cabasitos) were left uneaten. I was very appreciative of the phone call based on my reservation phone number, because I forgot my purse. I know, how???

This is really a 2.5. Setting is serene and service adequate. However, the food was bad. No flavor and the consistency of mush.

Proof restaurant was amazing , the pretzels knots are to die for !
