Pure Sushi - Scottsdale

My wife and I went here for a date night and felt that the atmosphere was good and the staff were great. The roles we got however were just okay. Honestly, in general I was not blown away. The rolls were a bit squish, not as firm as I normally get atother restaurants. The sunshine roll was suppose to have mango on it but there 3 pieces mango on the entire roll and the mangodrizzle really did not taste like mango at all. The other rolls were basic not much to report. If you are going to head over fora bit I HIGHLY recommend the baked scallop roll. I would go back just for that. I added the picture of that one.

A little overcrowded / closing tables for my taste. some people would call it energetic! eating was really good. I think we had one of each roll (seriously.) the service was good, though, my daughter ordered from the menu and they forget it.
