Smashburger - Scottsdale

Every time we come to this place, they get our order wrong. at several locations they served us cheeseburger without cheese. every other place I've never had a problem, but this is always bad.

As usual the experience was great. had the double-mashburger with avocado and cheese and heuhaufen rings. I was so happy that I wanted one more. unfortunately the itis has entered and it was a pack. I recommend them because it is always great customer service, excellent eating and a beautiful atmosphere. Stop, they have something for everyone.

I wanted to get a burger. 25 minutes waiting for my order. no special requests or customized bits, simply from the menu. the man before me had waited longer and could not get an answer from the cash register as much longer it would be. apropos cash he should really find a new job. it's pretty clear he hates everyone and everything there. When I finally got my food, it was warm and tasted good, but that's really not enough, especially to those who praise them for the portions they give. my advice? or if they really want a burger, they simply go over the road to whataburger.

This position was not clean and welcoming. the personal also lacks a clean and welcoming feeling. the burgers looked like a little child who was in the dresses of their parents with a huge hate and hardly hit or a topping on the inside was throttled. when we ordered one of the burgers a double, they only came out with a single. but they said they could fix it and cook us another plump and bring it out. Overall, however, I was very disappointed by this location and will not be back!

Food is good but the restaurant is gross. First 2 things I noticed was the smell of the whole place The floor feels like it was mopped with a mop that had grease in it. And you can see your foot prints because of it as well. The trash by the soda machine smelled terrible and there's is trash all over the ground. The little short haired chick doesn't not have a good attitude she walked up to take my order with her eyes squinted and said what do you want. I order the double smash meal and she forgot to give me my cup. When I walked back up she looked at me with attitude and smiled. I had to ask her for my cup twice before she even acknowledged me
