Starbucks - Scottsdale

I used to visit this place every day for the past ten years, but I've stopped coming since they changed the staff. I loved being recognized by my name, but now the service has declined significantly. Items are often unavailable, like sandwiches and even drip coffee. During my last visit, I felt uneasy when the staff seemed more focused on being served than on providing quality service, even when they weren't busy. For a much better experience, I recommend going to the Miller location instead.

DO NOT COME HERE! Especially if Meeks is working!!!! She is the rudest person I have ever met. She should not work with people! Comments constantly about customers, messes up the orders and is just plain rude. I have never had such a horrible experience at Starbucks in my life!!!

?bad experience. The two girls who worked there were not friendly. I made a mistake in ordering and had the drink re-done for my daughter to have no caffeine in it, the girl threw the straw down and acted like we were bothering her . Never going to this location again.

Victoria and Tammy are absolutely amazing. I started coming to this location not too long ago and every morning they greet me by name and know my drink order. Extremely professional, prompt, and friendly.

My drink was expertly prepared, and the service was swift. The staff was friendly, and I would definitely return.
