Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Scottsdale

The restaurant is usually great, but during my visit on a Sunday night, I was disappointed. The trash cans were all taken out of their storage bins two hours before closing and didn’t have any bags in them. Both of our drinks were overly watered down, and I ended up discarding my food after just one bite.

I ordered the smallest salad I've ever had for $12. There are definitely better options out there for that price.

I had a disappointing experience while ordering a Peanut Butter Cup and a Veggie Wrap. My total came to nearly $22.00, and when I tried to pay with a $50.00 bill, I was informed that they do not accept bills larger than $50.00. There were no signs indicating this policy, which made the situation frustrating.

I ordered from this TS on the app. The wrap and one of the drinks were great. The second drink, the cup was faulty and broke. We contacted the company via the app asking for a refund for the one drink. They did not respond. It was such a shame too because I ordered extra for my drink. I am recovering from surgery and wanted an extra boost. I'll think twice before coming to this location.

Takes 30 min to make a simple smoothie. Handed out multiple other people’s orders before me who had ordered after me. Bad customer service. Please don’t come here.
