Wendy's - Scottsdale

Zero stars. I?ve gone to this location a few times and they had closed their lobby. I went in today and was in the store and they closed the lobby. This is during lunch time. They are under staffed which is a lot of places these days but don?t even open the restaurant unless you can run it. The manager is walking around with a clipboard instead of helping out. I don?t know all the details about what is happening at this restaurant but unless you have 2 hours to wait for you food in the drive thru that wrapped around the block go somewhere else.

By far the slowest fast food drive thru I've ever seen. They consistently take 5-6 minutes PER CAR in line to get you through. I just spent 28 minutes in line for only 5 cars in front of me.

Cashier went from register to handling food without washing hands. 10/3 1:45 PM. Jr bacon cheeseburger made wrong twice, forgot bacon last time. Floor was covered in soda, very sticky and nasty. Tables not cleaned off.

The place was spotless. The food was nice and hot. The only thing wrong was both soda dispensers were nearly out of all the products.. this seems to be the norm every where now. None the less the filled my drink cup up with out a problem.

Wendy?s is becoming my favorite fast food place. Great sandwiches! Great people! Great value! The ?Golden Arches? better pick up their game or Wendy?s will overtake ????
