Whataburger - Scottsdale

I am truly astonished—absolutely blown away by this experience. I haven't had a burger this exceptional in years, regardless of the restaurant's price range. The service is remarkable; it feels like I'm at a family-run drive-in from the 1970s. The onion rings are delicious, the burgers are outstanding, and the shakes are fantastic. Everything about the service is top-notch. Fast food has been declining for over a decade, and the last three years have been particularly disappointing. But this place? It's like a gem from a bygone era. I'm not quite sure what else to say. I should mention that I don't use drive-thrus, so I can't comment on how the food holds up at a red light, and I also don’t use DoorDash, so I have no idea how it tastes after 45 minutes. However, if I'm looking to treat myself or my family to a burger, this spot outshines anything else in the valley.

Great service. The manager and staff were fantastic. We had a great conversation he got us some milkshakes to try and gave us some merchandise. A lovely guy who couldn't do enough for us. Absolutely fantastic thank you so much!

Super duper slow. I know they are supposedly making it fresh, but too slow. I didn't time it specifically, but there was only one car in front of us and from stop to go, we were there 20 minutes or more. Food is better than most fast food IMO, whichmakes up for the sloth pace. Please click ???? if this was helpful.

That was the best Whataburger I've had in a long time. Everything was fresh, and I ordered the chicken and gravy. I actually had to add my own water to the gravy to get it to my desired consistency, which was fantastic! It's usually too watery, but this time it was just right. I could swirl the cup around, and the gravy stayed put! I would definitely rate this a 10/10 and would dine here again. It truly restored my faith in Whataburger!

I ordered a chicken sandwich with everything on it, but wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun, and this is what I received? There was no lettuce, tomato, onions, or anything else we specified—even though we repeated the order twice. So frustrating!
