Carmen's 2.0 - Scranton

I was initially a bit confused because the restaurant is located in a corner of the main floor lobby, near the check-in station. However, once we settled at our table, I realized it didn't matter at all. The overall ambiance was spectacular, and the food was exceptional. The calamari was both light and crispy, and I ordered the prime rib, which was cooked perfectly. My wife had shrimp pasta, and she absolutely loved it. The prices were reasonable, and both the food and service were excellent—definitely better than I anticipated. I look forward to returning someday.

The food was nothing short of amazing! From the appetizers to dessert, every dish was outstanding—there wasn't a single mediocre item. The decor was beautiful, especially with the Christmas decorations, and we enjoyed live music from a pianist playing softly in the foyer. It was a fantastic experience, and I have difficulty understanding the negative comments from earlier reviews—perhaps there has been a staff change? I can't wait to return! While it's not the cheapest option, it's certainly not overly expensive either. I believe the pricing is just right for the quality of the meal.

The chocolate pancakes at breakfast were outstanding, and my husband really enjoyed his omelet as well. The restaurant is located in a lovely historic building too!

The place is so elegant and magnificent. We ordered grilled filet mignon and sea bass, they were super tasty, unbelievable I highly recommend. The prices are affordable and the staff are so friendly l. Thank you for the great hospitality.
