Mcdonald's - Scranton

Who doesn't love McDonald's? Unfortunately, I have to say that their prices have become way too high for us. Visiting the golden arches feels like a special occasion now, but we simply can't afford it anymore.

They really need to improve things at this McDonald's. It's not very good. Management should start by addressing the issues. I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

The order was prepared quickly and accurately, and it was as delicious as you could hope for from McDonald's. The staff were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone in or near South Scranton who is looking for affordable fast food.

I can't believe what happened at this McDonald's. I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and walked 15 minutes to get there around 12:45 a.m. because I was really hungry. When I arrived, the manager and another employee told me they couldn't take my order. I asked where I could order from the drive-thru, and they said no to that as well. I pleaded with them, explaining that I was very hungry and pregnant, but the manager just told me to go away. I was so upset that I couldn't help but cry. It’s hard to understand how a place like this can operate this way. I really wonder who is overseeing these McDonald's locations.

It looks like I've always got a coffee to breakfast, then would they think?
