Dairy Queen Grill Chill - SE

NEVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN. First, the manager didn’t let me use my coupon, which was fine but was frustrating. Then, I proceeded to order and was very clear on what I wanted, repeating it four times. Then I saw the manager making it, and he was adding everything I said I didn’t want on it! I said, “Excuse me,” five times loudly, but he chose to ignore me and gave me the wrong order. When he handed me the bag, I said to him that the order was incorrect, to which he proceeded to tell me I was wrong, repeatedly saying it. It was so frustrating I took the bag and left. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME as he microwaved everything. Also, it’s exam season and all of us students are stressed out, so it would have been nice to have received some kindness and grace. I will never return to this Dairy Queen and will be telling all my friends at MRU!!!

The old Asian man prolly got to be the worst typa manager possibleordered a poutine with EXTRA GRAVY and gives me a box of half filled fries with a TEASPOON of gravy and has the audacity to charge me 8 bucks for it. I asked for a refund as I did not touch it and he was one stubborn mf and said “ NO, I don’t see a problem” someone pls fire this guy!!! Food: 1

Last time I came I used a mobile coupon, everything was fine. I came the other day to use a new a different coupon from the app and the manager said it “wasn’t working”. I asked if he could trying it again and he asked if I used a coupon last time I was in. I said yes and he told me I couldn’t use this one. Even though it was a new one. I tried to correct him and he yelled at me!! Absolutely horrible service and attitude! I cancelled my order and walked away because of how rude he was to me. will be telling everyone on campus to avoid this restaurant. They literally microwave their food and have horrible service. I’m convinced the only reason they’re still open is because it’s the only “good” food available at mru.

My BURGER WAS MICROWAVED!. My fries were cold I was given root beer not the iced tea I ordered. The ketchup is like water and the plain ice cream tastes like icing while the pineapple isn’t the normal crushed but canned chunks.
