Feedback gevenI had a very pleasing experience at Go Grill, Highstreet. I just had a butter chicken with rice, but it was great. Sauce didn't feel too heavy. Vegetables weren't overcooked (I like them to retain firmness). Overall taste was very savory. I walked away afterwards to continue doing my shopping and did not feel weighed down by my meal at all, yet sufficiently fulfilled. And the customer service was exceptional. I had a wonderful time conversing with the owner and the staff that were on duty. They excel at a model that more businesses in food industry should utilize; being personable with your customers.
Exceptionally good. This is a sort of Mongolian Grill where you assemble your ingredients and they 're cooked on a flat top with your choice of sauces and complimentary rice. What 's exceptional is first the excellent variety of good quality cruciferous veg, the fact that there is chicken THIGH, not just horrible dry breast, on offer, and the friendly, helpful service. There are scads of sauces available and I chose soy, sriracha, and Sichuan and the combo was delightful. I loved it, it might have been the single best meal I 've ever had in The Core food court.
New fast food place in TD Core mall food court. It's like a Mongolian Grill place and you pay by the weight of your protein/veg which you pick out. They cook it up for you with your choice of sauce and place it on a bed of Basmati or Brown rice. I like that the proteins include scallops (decently sized), calamari and sometimes bacon. Everything seems fairly healthy and fresh which is good. The person giving you the food is great, he seems to be friendly and accommodating (not sure if he's the owner). My only gripe is that the sauces don't have enough flavor. I've tried the red curry and the black bean but they were flat and one dimensional. Maybe that's because it's healthier (lighter). Price is pretty decent though, you can fill up on something for under $9. I'll keep trying this place until I run out of sauces and if I don't find something I like it's back to Olly's as my regular lunch stop.
