Awful service here and I can see from the other reviews that it's not a one-off. stopped by in the early morning before 8am for a fill of hot water to my bottle and a scone. it was not busy, only 2 other customers. they sent me to the pickup counter on the opposite side from the cashier to get my water since it was done immediately. I waited for a long time for my scone until one of them finally asked me what i was waiting for. I told them and they all looked at each other and one gestured carelessly to the cashier where they had placed the scone obscured from my view at the pickup counter. The scone had not been there before I was directed to grab my water. The three of them then proceeded to just stare at me with a stupified look on all their faces and it was clear they would not bring it to me. if you're going to rush me to the other side of the counter to pick up my drink then bring me my food as well. It wasn't even busy they were just standing around chatting and couldn't be bothered to bring me my order.

SCAMMERS!!! BE AWARE!! Always check ur receipts!! Worst place ever. They take advantage of how busy the airport is and try to get away with things. They over billed for a dozen donuts and we didn’t even order one. They over charged $16.09 for the donuts and billed as they refunded on a Tim’s card but they didn’t even give us that. It looks like the teller tried to sneak that for themselves !! How disgusting !! We only noticed when we didn’t get an item from the order to check the receipt that we saw what they billed. We went to them and they were like we have u the donuts and then the teller was like we refunded in a gift receipt. They finally gave a refund but how insane is this!! BEWARE !! BEWARE !! BEWARE !!

The service was rubbish, the food was stale, nothing, my meal was dropped in front of me and put back in the bag. If I flew in the afternoon or evening I would understand that the food might be a little stale, but I purchased it in the morning. The worst Tims I have ever met. You spend money on food waste. Do you think you can just deal with the service and food in the airport? It's a shameful store, with shameful management, and no hope of improvement. After all, there are so many bad reviews and nothing has changed, so you know that this store doesn't care about the feelings and evaluations of its customers.
