Feedback gevenI've been getting my tea from this place for four years because it's conveniently located across the street from me. Unfortunately, they only seem to get my order right when the female staff members are working, which is about half the time. I always try to be polite and even tip generously, even when they mess up my order. They can’t seem to tell the difference between cream and milk. This time, I had to ask them to remake my drink three times. Usually, I would just drive away and tolerate it, but I was feeling particularly frustrated. When I brought it back, the manager insisted that I was mistaken and that I had requested milk. It’s absurd. From now on, I’ll be going to Long Branch instead. It’s just not worth dealing with the rude attitude, the mix-ups, and the lack of an apology.
I requested less ice, but my drink was still mostly ice with very little liquid in a large cup. Also, the matcha didn't taste right; I've had amazing matcha at other places.
The new staff member appears to be neglecting health regulations. It looks like additional training is necessary in this area.
Standard Dunkin' experience. Occasionally, the wait times for orders can be quite long. The bathroom tends to be frequently occupied as well. Seating inside is limited, so it's best to plan for takeout.
The Dunkin' Donuts in Sea Bright has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I forgot my credit card yesterday, and when I walked in this morning, they had it ready for me. They always remember my order and serve it with a smile!
