Hama - Seabrook

This place now has new owners and has different menu options. We enjoyed our food very much. The service was really friendly and the food delicious!!!

General's chicken has improved tremendously! The red peppers are a welcome addition, as they should be in any good Chinese restaurant. If anyone prefers jalapeño slices, they can find that in Tex-Mex Chinese just down the road. I'm truly impressed by the new restaurant, its staff, and the updated menu! I hope you continue to thrive in our community.

My wife and I dined at Hama for the first time, and it was fantastic! She ordered the orange chicken, while I opted for the spicy tonkotsu wheels. The flavors were exceptional, and the portion sizes were generous for the price. The ambiance was lovely, accompanied by soothing piano music, and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back to try the sushi!

I rarely give 5 stars, just for situations like this, sometimes the food is great, but place is not quite at the wall restaurants) although usually the best IMO, but really we have to take the whole experience into our reviews.......... My rating is only on the Ramen... They only offer Tonkotsu pork broth) and they offer only 3 species, Spicy pork, regular pigs and I think the 3 was a vegetarian option... I ordered the Spicy and regular Tonkotsu!!! Yes I ordered 2 bowls because it was Goooood! Noodles were made in the house that a must for a real Ramen shop this is actually a restaurant with Rammen as an option) price was appropriate and they had a super friendly waitress, Ms. Evon super friendly Asian lady) restaurant was nice and clean and food was in the normal time .... I recently met 7-8 of the top rated Ramen restaurants in and around the Houston are and ive were so often left down to the point Not yet even want chewing gum so that I can keep the taste in my mouth, my lips are still sticky out of the fat in the broth or perhaps the pig bell IDK .. lol .... This is definitely my last station for ramen until someone shows me in another direction.... cant wait to go back, probably tomorrow call you ahead because apparently sometimes they are from noodles)

I visit Hama Bistro every time I'm in Seabrook. It may not look like much from the outside, and the interior is just average, but the food is really delicious and generous. The woman who runs Hama is very friendly and attentive. This might sound silly, but I find Hama to be quite comforting. I enjoy the food, the prices are reasonable, and the service is great, so I always leave feeling satisfied. It's a simple yet tasty spot—not the kind of place to impress a date, but definitely a great local option when you're hungry.
