Too long a wait for your purchase after paying. 7 people came and walked out as I waited for my food.
The food is good, BUT I haven’t gotten a fully correct order in over a year (ever since that new ish manager started)! Once they sent me home with chicken instead of fish and I don’t even eat chicken. Other times they’ve put cabbage or candied yams in my orders when I’ve explicitly said none of those should be added. I thought when they switched to online orders that it would get better it didn’t. What’s the point of having an online system and notes if they never bother to read them. That plus the little attitude I got today when I checked and told them my BOTH my orders were wrong is absurd to me. Also I don’t know who told them ‘candied yams’ was a popular Jamaican food how? where? Stop it. The customer service is subpar and I don’t think that the food is worth CONSISTENTLY bad service. There are too many other good Jamaican spots around.
Just tasted my food, did not eat most of it. But, it was very tasty. I saw the restaurant owner on Channel Fox 5. Decided I had to try it.
Kersy was wonderful. It’s my first time here so I asked so many questions at 7:50 pm when they were about to close and with a beautiful smile she happily answer all my questions without making me feel rush. She even went to ask the cook some questions to ensure that she was providing me with the right information. Kersy, it was a delight to receive such services like the one you provided me with. I will be sure to continue coming back because of the amazing service you offered me today. Thank you and now I hope that the food is as delicious as the outstanding service you gave me. Have an amazing evening and make sure that when they give you a raised that you settle for nothing else than you feel it’s what’s right. Remember you are the face of the business, you are what they see first and last. You have a lot of to say on who comes Back and who don’t. With your attitude and behavior I’m sure everyone you help is a repeat customer just like I will be.
