Domino's Pizza - Seal Beach

Showed them pictures of burnt pizza they delivered last time. the manager wasn't really interested and offered no refund. the only saving gnade is the kerl laufregister (can be autistic) which is always friendly, helpful with a smile. he helped me three times and is always amazing. he is what should be more hired.

I’m not sure if the staff is just lazy or reluctant to work, but I live only about four minutes away from this restaurant and I always order from them for work events and parties. The last time I placed an order, they called to say they couldn’t deliver to my address because I’m not wealthy, which is not accurate since I specified I was ordering from a different location. They really need to improve their customer service and responsiveness. If this happens again, I’ll have to reconsider ordering from them.

The customer service was poor, primarily due to the rude young staff. When I ordered pizza, they didn't honor the promotion that was advertised in their commercials. I won't be returning.

The order is fast and easy and incredibly fast! eating is amazing as always

It's all right I just find another place that I felt the pizza was better but the Domino's chicken and a salad is better than the other place but I still order from Domino's on occasion
