Feedback gevenShe made excuses about struggling with customer service, which I found frustrating. I have never had the experience of coming home with cold subs before. To make matters worse, she even complained about a police officer using the restroom she had just cleaned. I told her I wasn't interested in arguing, but 99% of the time, employees ask if you want your sandwich toasted. Clearly, that was too difficult for her. I suggest she invest some time in training and improving her listening skills. When you get an order wrong, you should either replace the meal or do your job right the first time. I will not be returning to this place. Who owns this establishment? I read a review that seemed like it was written by someone personally connected to the restaurant, claiming it was inviting, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The drive-thru was closed, there were barely any customers, and the chairs were up. It didn’t feel inviting at all.
The prices were quite outrageous. They did not accept any coupons. A 1-foot long sandwich cost $11.09.

Ordered online for pickup. Instead of 20 mins. It was 40 mins. Ordered double meat and cheese on all sandwiches and there was very little on all sandwiches. Tried calling and no one answers.
