Chili's Grill - Searcy

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a chili's. I was amazed at how awful the service was in this place. We are from out of town and it literally took the bartender 20 minutes to just get us a beer and I went to get our menus myself. Maybe if the employees spent more time waiting on the customers and not playing on their phones they would get better tips and reviews. I have actually worked these jobs before and It was just ridiculous. Also never saw a manager til right before we left.

The food is great, and the 3 for me combo is a great price. I also love the options for flavored tea and lemonade. The honey chipotle chicken crispers are amazing, and the fries are pretty good as well. I also love the street corn, because Chili’s is one of the few places that has street corn that I have found. Their appetizers are also really good, and I love they have a lot of ways to combine things or try multiple appetizers. I also like being able to to pay on the touchscreen kiosk on the table.

Love coming to this location! I pass quite a few from Little Rock and Searcy, but only will come here. I pre order my food and it’s always ready on time and it’s hot. Very friendly staff as well.

Excellent food! Excellent service! Need I say more! If you're looking to eat out, you can't go wrong here!Vegetarian options: My daughter is vegan, so she is very picky about what she gets! She is also gluten-free! This place accommodates both!

If you like food that comes precooked, takes no talent or skill to prepare, and tastes entirely bland this is the place for you.If you also like being talked down to by managers that have less talent than a first day line cook, being underpaid, overworked and outright disrespected, then you wanna be here.
