You choose your own bowl of food by picking from a layout of various food items, as well as offerings of different sauces. They then cook it up on a very unique cooking surface and bring it to you at your table. Mine was quite tasty, with the exception of the squid that was extremely rubbery. Only one employee spoke and understood English as far as I could tell, with all looking Mongolian. I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at this restaurant, where the meal price ranged from $10 to $20 per person. The food was excellent, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. The service was outstanding, rating a perfect 5, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, the atmosphere was a bit average, scoring a 3. I highly recommend trying the "Customize Your Own Stir Fry" dish—it's a must-have!
