Caffe Latte Espresso And Gifts

The barista with red hair was extremely rude. The atmosphere at the Sea Mall was loud, and she whispered for us to place our order. When we had to ask her to repeat herself, she responded in a rude tone. The staff was incapable and disrespectful. Despite considering leaving, we decided to give the business a chance as we were only seeking a simple mocha. Unfortunately, the coffee was burnt. It was a terrible experience with poor service. It's a shame to see such incompetence in a nice, well-kept coffee shop.

The food was overcooked and the bartender showed no effort in making my drink.
