The guy at the counter was really nice, and the food was so fresh and delicious. Burrito was massive and I?ve never had that much juice come out of a lime. The open salsa bar was helpful, as I have noticed other places limits the amount and I never get enough. I wish you guys were in my hometown! Thanks!!
I ordered the five chicken enchilada al a carte. Vern had a chili Rellano plate. The rice and beans aren?t terrific. Vern said the chili was a package thing, not a fresh pepper. The folded over tortilla with the chicken shoved inside is not an enchilada. They disintegrated.
This is a place we can't wait to come back to when we visit. It is a great small business to support. The food is consistent and excellent. It is fresh and they give generous portions. I love their burritos and my son loves their authentic enchiladas. You won't come out of this place hungry. Staff is friendly. It is a clean environment.
Me and my partner are visiting from Portland and stopped here randomly last night, it was awesome! The guy that took our order was genuinely friendly and helpful, i wish i got his name. I ordered the cheese enchiladas plate. The guy explained these are Real Mexican enchiladas and that it was a big plate. I ate everything on that plate! (Minus the chicken because i don 't eat chicken, but my guy enjoyed it lol I grew up eating lots of Mexican food (my grandmother was first generation Mexican American and my partner grew up in Florida eating lots of south American food, he ordered the asada tacos and asada fries and loved them. I tasted a little of my partners food, the pico was so good on the fries. The fries themselves were well seasoned. There were a few too many pickled jalapeños but not a problem, he seemed to love everything. Here are a few important details to note: The enchiladas are NOT wet, they are not soaking in sauce like you may be used to. The incredible tortillas are so flavor packed by the method of cooking. It comes with a side of the most delicious cooked carrots and potatos (seriously i want to order more of those vegetables , and a chicken leg. Honestly it felt like my childhood, just a damn good wholesome meal. The lettuce was fresh, the cheese was delicious and authentic, and the tortillas themselves were so good. Make sure you put your fav salsa and maybe some fresh lime on top and dig in. The service is fast, the drive through option was cool just remember this isn 't as fast as fast food. The staff were really kind and helpful. Ask for extra salsa and lime ; I will definitely go back because as far as quick mexican food goes this was delicious. The prices were really low too, it 's a great lil spot.
Friendly service but the food was pretty sad for the price. The Asada plate was really disappointing. Paper thin meat, two spoonful of beans and some dried out rice. Four tacos el pastor that were mostly cilantro and onions with a sprinkle of chewy meat. Woild not recommend unless you want to pay a decent amount and get very little.
