Delta Skyclub Skydeck - SeaTac

This sky club had a pleasant atmosphere and plenty of space, but the food left much to be desired. Given that it’s located in a major airport, I expected better quality. During breakfast service, they were almost out of food and slow to replenish supplies. The eggs were particularly disappointing and tasted off.

Went for the express option and didn't have to wait on line when I asked club agent. Then Miguel happily filled a small paper bag to the brim with anything I wanted from the express items. Box of salad, hummus box, two small cans of coke, an orange, granola bar, rice krispy treat, and an orange. I didn't know what else to add because I wasn't feeling the chips, hardboiled eggs, tuna wrap, chocolate chip cookie.

This is a pretty nice lounge in terminal 4 at JFK. It does get extremely busy, so be prepared to queue up in the line outside. The line is split into two sections, one section for standard members, and one section for the elite members. Once you get inside, it is quite difficult to find seating. Most, if not all the seats are taken up, but if you can find a spot, they have really good food, drinks, dessert, and snacks. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, and while there are long lines to get things, they move pretty quickly. I really appreciate being able to land at this airport, and then going to the lounge as every other lounge is only accessible on departure. Now, if I was leaving out of JFK at this terminal, I might opt for less busy, and just as good lounges, such as the Centurion lounge, or the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse. Both of these options are drastically less busy while boasting the same quality. Overall, it was a good experience, especially once exhausted on arrival to grab a quick bite and something to drink.

Now I like to get to the airport three hours early so I can max out my Delta lounge pass now that it comes with my Amex. It's so worth it with the free buffet and free drinks and roomy work space. The one at Lga is lovely. I think the one at JFK is a bit nicer as it's got an outside deck but this one is perfect to relax in before your flight. I can't help wondering how many people miss their flights by getting too comfortable in this liounge. Highly recommend getting yourself access.

One of the better lounges at JFK with a variety of seating areas, including a designed business area, newly launched outside deck, and various types of inside seating. Delta offers a full bar with complimentary drinks as well as premium drinks for a charge. In addition, there's a variety of cheeses, sandwiches, soups and one or two entrees. I was torn about how many stars to award. I wanted to give 3 stars because of the terrible and unengaging and often rude staff. The staff and management here need some extra customer service training!!!
