Feedback gevenI wish I could give no stars. We went to the Wendy's drive thru on Saturday night. The weight was long and we ended up getting the wrong thing. That is not the worst part. First. You can't be slow and inaccurate. That's ridiculous. But the worst part was we didn't end up getting the chicken burger that I wanted in the first place. We ended up getting a cheeseburger. I cut my losses because we are already on our way to our destination and so I just decided to eat what they give us. My partner was mad that we did not get the chicken burgers that we requested and he did not eat his. I ate the cheeseburger and the next morning became violently ill. I had thrown up since 5:00 that morning and it ended up going to the ER yesterday around 3:00 because I couldn't keep any fluids down. I had the worst food poisoning that I've had in years. Do not go here! In addition to the food poisoning, i have also been here many of times when I'm dashing and constantly you guys get the orders wrong. I'm not sure what you guys need to do to move forward to make sure that your staff is properly equipped for food safety as well as keeping up with productivity and taking accurate orders. I am very disappointed that I was trying to eat a meal. My first one actually of the day and I ended up being poisoned. Thanks! I will not be returning back to this establishment.
This is the first time I was visiting this location. The service was a slow as there was miscommunication between the people making the meals, the drive thru and the front counter. The front counter person was handling the front as best as possible, so getting the order done was a bit long, due to other interruptions. Meal was fine. Could have been a pinch hotter for the chicken sandwich. The fries were hot and fresh.
We used the drive through. We were the only car and it still took longer than most places to receive our food. The food was good , service was poor to say the least. Sorry we interfered with your work shift and ordered food.
There were only two cars in line when I arrived, yet somehow it took 20 minutes to get through. My entire order was wrong. No sauce for the nuggets even though I asked twice. The complete opposite of what I asked for on the burger was left on. Ice in the drink when I asked for no ice. I definitely won't be back
I went through the drive-thru and arrived at the order box at 6:45. There was one car ahead of me in line. I was finally able to place my order for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger at 6:50. There was another car at the window, making it a total of three vehicles, including mine, waiting to pay and receive our orders. After a while, the first car finally got their food, and we were able to move forward. Meanwhile, the driver behind me still hadn't placed their order and was honking their horn to get the attention of the staff. To sum it up, I didn’t receive my food until 7:10. I can only imagine how they would handle a busy rush.
