8oz Burger Co - Seattle

It’s always been our favorite burger place in Seattle! Still taste good! But the environment is lightly disappointed, when we visited, there are few flies flying inside

Great restaurant! Burgers are huge and juicy, the onion rings are buff af too. Staff service is great, they are nice and chill.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The staff was so pleasant even while another lady changed her order 4 times after it was sent to the kitchen. The two staff members were running back and forth between the kitchen each time to make update it at her whim. And then she got upset at the wait and after complicating her initial order of a union and fish sandwich. Staff was very patient with her (better than I would have been, felt bad for them for having to deal with such a horribly rude lady). And then as she was leaving with her updated order for the 5th time she called them both vulgar names.

Great burgers !! Good beer !! Nice bar!! One of our favorite burger spots on Capital Hill

I ordered the 8oz with added crispy shallots and it was heavenly. My only complaint is that the food was served cold. Other than that, everything was great.
