Felt the drinks were of good value and did not get nickle/dimed on changing to oat milk or adding extra shots. That makes a difference when its .75 here and .90 there. My drink taste was spot on what I expected.Fortunately caught them not long after opening on most days so I was able to get in and out. Will be frequent customer when in the area.

You guys are so wonderful! Every time I come in it’s an amazing experience, the place is so cute and the americanos are always perfectly made. The pastries are really delicious too, my fiancé got a blueberry one that was so good. Really easy to walk from the light rail and was close to my wedding dress appointment so I dropped in. I accidentally left my cardholder in the shop when I popped in before closing. I DMed them on instagram and they let me know that they had found it (after asking about some identifying info ie the color of the wallet, Id name) and I was able to safely pick it up the next day! Literally saved me lol, my favorite spot in Seattle for coffee I think

Really great roasts. Pleased with everything but one question: is cold brew supposed to be so sour? Perhaps I have an untrained pallete, but it has been sour every time I've tried it there (yet not at other chains). I resort to iced Americano; quite nice.

I’ve always been made to feel like an annoyance as a customer here but today was sadly the last straw. I ordered an iced drink, and after a few minutes they put a hot one at the bar. I didn’t realize it was supposed to be mine until they pointed it out to me. I said politely that I had ordered an iced drink (I am absolutely sure that I said iced). I was met with a big huff and eye rolling. They angrily threw away the incorrect drink and remade it. I understand that it was busy and it’s not an easy job, and I do appreciate that they remade my drink correctly, but there is no need to be that rude when I’ve been nothing but polite every time I’ve gone there (especially when it wasn’t even my mistake).

Good coffee and bakery, rude and ignorant staffs. They are quite unfriendly, which is okay, but sometimes they pretend that you're not exist and keep talking to their friends over and over without taking order, let the customers stand alone for almost 10 (or more) minutes. Why should you go to this place?
