Cafe Javasti - Seattle

I got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Very tasty and reasonably priced.

Cafe Javasti has been my go-to for well over a decade. The bakery case items are just wonderful and the crepes are coffee are great. Nice neighborly vibe. Baked items are made at their off site bakery, where they service both the Maple Leaf and Wedgwood cafes and do catering. Get the chocolate zucchini bread if you can. There are many tasty crepe options. Beware if you go during a packed weekend rush it will be a wait as they only have two crepe griddles. Staff has always been nice with no hipster vibe. It can be a little loud when it's busy with concrete floors.

Javasti is reminiscent of a coffee version of Cheers, where everyone knows your name, for those who are old enough to recall the iconic television show.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was a bit chilly for me.

I would like to give a negative review to deter others from coming, but I can't lie - the coffee and crepes at this restaurant are worth trying.
