During this challenging time of the pandemic, I made an effort to support both my favorite restaurants and explore new ones. While in West Seattle, I stumbled upon a small restaurant with outdoor seating thanks to Happy Cow. The server was incredibly friendly. I tried the fresh bao with crispy tofu on a soft bun, which was delicious and packed with flavor. The special sauce added just the right amount of savory with a hint of sweetness. I also enjoyed the edamame. I can't wait to come back and try the other vegan items on the menu!

Knödel von fury is a large hidden gem in west seattle. they have a mushroom dumpling and tofu boro. both are amazing! our favorite is the bao that has a lot of taste and different textures. very small restaurant with only chair seat on the window or a few tables outside. a great option to grab the jump! we were told that the tofu szechuan noddles are not vegan. but they also have a vegan tofu rice dish.

Excellent baby, really delicious dumplings! good place to also take allmnivores, the vegan options stand well on your own faust, and the owner is friendly and helpful with clarifications about eating.
