The seat location was not ideal, but overall, I had a great time.

I had a lovely experience with our waiter, David, who was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the tea was cold. Although the waiter kindly brought us more water, it remained cold. It was disappointing to treat my granddaughter to afternoon tea as her Christmas gift, only for the tea to be subpar. This issue definitely needs to be addressed.

Perfect for a special occasion! The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent!

We LOVE the holiday tea every year!!! We LOVED the new tea options, the phenomenal food, and the outstanding service. We stayed over 2 hours and felt relaxed. We did miss being in the old tea room (there’s a new restaurant in there now) and the volume of others around made it very difficult to hear, especially because our waitress had a mask on. Overall 5* We LOVED IT SO MUCH!
