Fulcrum Café - Seattle

I can't believe it's taken me this long to try fulcrum. This place has really unique drinks that I've never seen elsewhere. I got the bee pollen latte iced and it was so good! I also tried the egg biscuit and thought it was okay. It was very filling but I don't think I'd get it again.I already want to come back and try their other signature drinks!

Delicious and . Signature Drinks 6 7. Love the sandwich! It had great tasting biscuit and was very stuffed filling sausage egg). And ready pretty quickly. I hope the empanadas are available next time I visit. Drink had great flavors. Got iced caramel dream. There also seems to be quite a bit of space inside and outside to sit. Staff was very friendly.

I first discovered Fulcrum single origin coffees at another coffee shop all the beans I tried were interesting and rare: one from Bali and another from Yunnan. At this location I enjoyed a cup of the Goth Star, an Ube latte with coconut cream which tasted like cake, in a beautiful ceramic mug which added to the enjoyment. This wasn’t on any list of best coffee shops to get work done, but there were many laptops and it felt like a destination. The wifi is open and fast inside, but I preferred the outdoor seating which was like a lush oasis amidst the city. I’ll go back next time to try a pour over or espresso drink.

First time came here for breakfast. We ordered mushroom/cheese empanada, chicken empanada, Marsala chai and coffee. Empanadas were good but it was a little cold. It would be better if it heated for longer time. Chai was great. Good place for breakfast!

I found this lovely little coffee shop when all the other shops around it were closed. I had a truly great latte: aromatic, creamy; just delicious. Friendly service, and they seemed really conscientious about cleaning and disinfecting after customers left. I definitely will be back.
