Grappa - Seattle

We weren't really impressed by eating over brunch. the Mediterranean was too salty and the avocado toast was super small.

Great eating, wonderful service and I always prefer to eat at grappa when I'm in sessel.

The experience with the house personnel was unnecessary difficult. the hostess was imperfect and the young man who had joined her was also dismissed and unkind. we arrived without reservation and were told that we could sit, but would be given 45 minutes to order, eat and go due to the upcoming reservations. that would have been impossible. it was the complete disrespect that was so early, but even more so was the fact that at 18:00 they said there were no reservations open until 20:00, then they turned and left us in unbelief. we went over the street and a reservation from 19:00 clock to open table. we saw the table through the window where we finally sat. it had been empty all the time. when we had set ourselves, the hostess did not give up on them instead of going. same host and no word of recognition. was it because we had a baby with us? that was eating....okay some of us enjoyed, some not. the service itself was good. the night manager interacted by taking appetizer order, but server had to come and tell us he had just come there and did not know that the restaurant was from this article. Unfortunately, the host team made the experience quite moderate. I have never taken time to write this extensive review and I take no joy in it.

Great food and friendly service. only a little long time between sitting opportunity, soaking order, food order etc.

Grappa’s food never disappoints. It’s a perfect date that doesn’t break the bank but has the ambiance you want.
