Ihop - Seattle

The food was good, but the bacon was a little underwhelming. also sad that there weren’t any gluten free omelets, but the gluten free pancakes were good. the best part of this experience was our waiter. she was so kind and tended to all our needs and hustled everywhere. her name was su wei. very much appreciate her and definitely was amazing.

It can be challenging for a restaurant to thrive on Aurora, but this IHOP really impressed me. The food was delicious and my server, Justin, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though he was quite busy. I would give this place a perfect 10 out of 10.

IHOP on Aurora!! The BOMBEST ever for a food chain!! Plus the new management an customer service....an new waitress, I forgot her name, but she was Asian , older lady but the SWEETEST AN NICEST person EVER!! I told the manager she needs a PROMOTION!! She is what you call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Decent, but it's still just your typical IHOP experience. The tables are consistently clean and the service is consistently friendly. However, on my most recent visit, I found that although my food was served quickly initially, the service kind of dropped off afterwards. I had to repeatedly ask the staff to clear my plates, bring me water, and even bring me the bill. It's not a huge deal, but it's the little things that make the difference between a 4-star and a 5-star experience. Additionally, my link sausage was only lukewarm and not freshly grilled, and the bacon was disappointing - thin, limp, and seemed cheap. You would expect a national chain breakfast spot to put more effort into their American breakfast staples.

Can't ask anything more from this IHOP location. The service is consistently great. Solid place for breakfast. If you're ordering takeout food is always ready in a timely manner.
