Mcdonald's - Seattle

I never would have imagined writing a review for a McDonald's, but my experience here was so extraordinary that I felt compelled to share it. First off, the appearance of the building certainly doesn’t give a clue about the quality of the food. We were astonished to receive the most beautifully wrapped burrito we’ve ever had. The paper it was wrapped in was clean and folded with care. Surprisingly, all the fillings were actually inside the burrito, not smeared onto the wrapping paper, in the bag, or all over the salsa container. The cheese we asked for on the McGriddle was actually on the sandwich, rather than falling out or misplaced. The only disappointment came when we found out the orange juice machine was broken, but that hardly affected our experience—it just gave us an excuse to visit Starbucks twice that day! Overall, this was hands down the best McDonald's experience ever!

Consistently friendly, polite, and prompt service—what more could you want from a fast-food restaurant? Even the major players in the food service industry often overlook the importance of courtesy.

They offered us a complimentary apple pie because we had to wait, and I thought that was a lovely gesture.
