Feedback gevenI waited for about 15 minutes for my food at this restaurant. When I received my order, I couldn't eat it. The manager handed me the fries without a smile, and I should have realized that something was wrong. Shaking my head!
Rachel, the individual who works evenings, consistently delays taking food orders by telling customers to wait a moment when there is no one around. She intentionally slows down the process to prevent the timer from showing long wait times. It would be best if she were not allowed to work at the window or pack food as she is extremely inefficient and slow.
Last two times I tried to order on the app after work I get to this location and they tell me it's cash only. I say I ordered on the app already and they charged me, but they say they'll refund me, but it always takes them HOURS. Now my app is tied up and won't let me order from another location because it thinks I have an order in progress. If this is a consistent thing why are you not turning off the mobile app? Why is this location cash only from 12am-3am?
Who wrote these reviews? Their Family or friends, I guess. The least professional Macdonald, unhealthy too. You will get wrong order and pay for it or you will get over fried with over used dark, dirty oil food, specially their McNuggets. NO FDA PROTOCOLS here. Lots of young kids and students used to eat here before Covid-19 and they didn’t care at all!
This particular location actually makes me feel nervous because of the people who have been in there and I have anxiety issues with being in public places and the people who draw attention to themselves and I don't draw attention to myself.
